2. Gather your content. Collect FAQs, price lists, policies and past chats. Clean, current content matters more than the model you choose.

3. Choose the channel. A website widget is quickest. WhatsApp reaches customers where they already are, using the WhatsApp Business API.

4. Connect the AI to your data. Retrieval (RAG) lets the bot answer from your documents and show sources, which reduces wrong answers.

5. Test, launch and improve. Try 50 real questions, add a human handoff, then review chat logs every week. Expect to refine answers for the first month.
